LearnATPL offers custom plans for Approved Training Organisations (ATOs) and flight schools that want to provide structured ATPL theory prep for their student cohorts.
School plans are available for groups of 20+ students. Contact us directly for smaller groups or trial arrangements.

What school plans include

Full student access

Every student in your cohort gets full access to the question bank, all mock exams, and detailed analytics equivalent to the Yearly plan.

School dashboard

A dedicated instructor dashboard showing cohort-level progress, subject scores, and engagement so you know who’s keeping up and who needs support.

Bulk seat management

Add and remove students easily. Seats are reassignable if a student leaves or defers.

Priority support

Dedicated account support for school administrators and a fast-track support line for students.

Get in touch

Email schools@learnatpl.eu with your school name, approximate cohort size, and when you’d like access to start.

Receive a proposal

We’ll send a pricing proposal and a sample of the school dashboard within 2 business days.

Onboard your students

Once agreed, we’ll set up your school account and guide you through inviting students it takes less than 10 minutes.

Track progress

Use the school dashboard to monitor cohort-level analytics and identify students who need extra support.

Frequently asked questions

No. LearnATPL is an independent study tool. It is not an approved ATO, and completion of practice on this platform does not count as official training hours. It is a supplementary revision tool.
No EASA requires theory training to be conducted through an approved ATO. LearnATPL is a supplementary practice tool, not a replacement for ground school instruction.
Yes. Students retain their individual accounts and history after the school licence expires. They can continue on a personal plan if they choose.
